You can send either a letter of endorsement signed by the President of your association or federation that is affiliated with FISM, or you can send a link to your video. It does not need to be exactly the number to be submitted to the contest, but it does need to be the category you want to compete.

If you send a video link, remember to put the password in "Observations", if it is protected.
